2006 Kawasaki KX 450 --- 450SS Green

This is the platform for our new 450 super single project. We will be adding numerous sportbike components transforming it into a road racing style machine.

We have had the bike for a couple days now and are making some great progress. It is up and running and starting to be torn down. We have decided to start with a complete 2003 ZX-6R front end and stock KX 450 rear shock for testing purposes. We have started the mock up stage in order to spot any future road blocks. The rear wheel is currently off of an older Kawi 600 and is going to need to be machined down in order to insert the cush drive/sprocket and mount the rear rotor. We are hoping to start with the stock KX 450 rear brake set-up and the stock 636 front caliper/rotor/master set-up. After we get some of the neccessary bearings, spacers, and machining done, we should have something to hit the parking lot with for adjustments.
